{"id":160,"date":"2025-10-28T03:27:20","date_gmt":"2025-10-28T03:27:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/villamizarcaleb.com\/?p=160"},"modified":"2025-10-28T03:27:20","modified_gmt":"2025-10-28T03:27:20","slug":"relaxation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/villamizarcaleb.com\/?p=160","title":{"rendered":"Relaxation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For this audio assignment, I completed &#8220;All the Relaxation.&#8221; The goal was to create a loopable, layered soundscape that you could listen to for a long time to relax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I used Audacity to build a calming, nature-based scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Base Layer:<\/strong> I started with a long, steady track of light wind to create the main atmosphere.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Spontaneous Sound:<\/strong> To make the scene feel more alive, I added a &#8220;spontaneous sound&#8221; as the prompt suggested. I used some bird calls, placing it in the track so it feels like a natural, random event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Layered Sound:<\/strong> A bit after the bird call, I slowly faded in a track of gentle rain.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I used the Time Shift tool and fade in tool to make sure the sounds didn&#8217;t just stack on top of each other, but rather flowed from one to the next.
